WE GUARANTEE OUR HIPPO HANDS 100% AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS. Returns will be accepted for any reason within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return your Hippo Hands, postage will not be refunded. Please contact us for return instructions before shipping.

We prefer to ship to residences, as our experience with business shipping address has been less than perfect, especially in large enterprises.

Due possibly to increased Homeland Security measures, shipping times have become unpredictable.

We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (Canada Post and USPS), exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods.  Expedite Parcel Post shipments (our normal shipping method) delivers in approx. 7-10 business days. Claims  for delayed/lost parcels will not be accepted by Canada Post until 4 weeks from shipment have transpired.

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with tracking info, unless it gets kicked out by your anti-spam program. Please use it rather than emailing us with questions. We cannot do anything more than you can, and in peak season we have no time to make 20-30 inquiries per day.
