Q: Could you give me your phone number, so I can call you and talk about it?

a: we prefer to communicate by email. It's more time efficient than phone calls; most of the time your questions need to be researched in order to answer them, so being on the phone does not speed up getting an answer to your questions.

 

Q: I've made modifications to my handlebar controls, do I need to tell you about it?

a: Yes, please tell us about any changes made to the OEM configuration.

 

Q: If I order my Hippo Hands today, when will they be shipped?

a: We try our best to ship same or next day.

 

Q: How long will they take to arrive at my place?

a: Normal postage takes 10 business days on the average, (approx 2 weeks) not including special situations such as the Christmas season.

 

Q: Can I get them faster than 10 business days?

a: Yes, on every purchasing page you'll see an "add to cart" button for ExpressPost delivery. This will add $12 to your shipping cost, and deliver your parcel in 5 business days (approx 1 week).

 

Q: Do I need to tell you which bike the Hippo Hands are for?

a: Yes. If you missed entering the year, make and model of the bike they are for in the payment form, please send us a separate email to: sales@hippohands.com. If you don't tell us what they are for, we'll send you a separate email asking you for the info, and delay your shipment until we hear back from you.

 

Q: Do you ship outside USA and Canada? How much will shipping be for locations in Europe?

a: Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. For UK, postage usually runs $30 for a pair of Hippo Hands. Please send us an email for ordering info outside USA and Canada. Our shopping cart cannot handle more than one set of shipping charges (only USA and Canada).

 

Q: Where do the Hippo Hands ship from?

a: St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

 

Q: Why is shipping so expensive?

a: We don't make money on shipping, only charge the actual cost. Unfortunately, shipping from Canada is more expensive than shipping from within USA.

 

Q: Can I phone in my order?

a: Unfortunately, we are not setup to take phone orders, in order to keep costs down. If you prefer not to use Paypal, upon request we will supply you with the details to order by snail mail, with a personal check or money order. This method of ordering and payment will translate in a delay of your order, until checks clear.

WARRANTY: 

WE GUARANTEE OUR HIPPO HANDS 100% AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.  Returns will be accepted for any reason within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return your Hippo Hands, postage will not be refunded. Please contact us for return instructions before shipping.
