We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (Canada Post and USPS), exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods. Expedite Parcel Post shipments (our normal shipping method) delivers in approx. 7-10 business days. Claims for delayed/lost parcels will not be accepted by Canada Post until 4 weeks from shipment have transpired.
Upon shipping, you will receive an email with tracking info, unless it gets kicked out by your anti-spam program. Please use it rather than emailing us with questions. We cannot do anything more than you, and in peak season we have no time to make 20-30 inquiries per day.
