Refunds or exchanges are offered on new, un-used, un-damaged products. Returned goods must be returned in the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. We guarantee our products from manufacturing defects. Our product is very durable but the nature of their use dictates that normal wear and tear happens as they are exposed to the elements. Normal wear and tear is not covered. We are always willing to assist you in fitting your hand covers.
