You can return un-used items in the original box within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we reserve the right to deny a refund or an exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. There is a 10% re-stocking fee on returns.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within one week of receipt of the returned item. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items are non-refundable.
We will exchange defective or damaged product, if reported within 1 week of receipt. In circumstances of defective product, promptly contact us at email@example.com with details of the product defect.
Refunds do not include shipping & handling charges, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an erroneous product shipment. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer and tracking for the package must be included. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment, and insurance is highly recommended. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping unless otherwise specified.
We recommend that all Hippo Hands be mounted with hand guards to prevent potential blow-back into the controls when riding at high speeds.
