Return Policy:
You can return unused items in the original box within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We will process your return immediately upon receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We will exchange defective or damaged products if reported within 1 week of receipt. In cases of defective products, promptly contact us at customerservice@hippohands.com with details of the product defect.
Refunds:
Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an erroneous product shipment. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and tracking for the package must be included. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment, and insurance is highly recommended. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping unless otherwise specified.
Liability:
We recommend that all Hippo Hands be mounted with hand guards to prevent potential blowback into the controls when riding at high speeds. The consumer is solely responsible for the safe usage of all products added to their motorcycle.
